Solving problems with the help of the subconscious
What makes this method so effective?
This unique method is called Transforming Therapy™. It was developed by one of the most famous master-hypnotherapists in the world, Gil Boyne. He went further, than usual hypnotherapy, which is based primarily on using suggestions, and revolutionized the use of hypnosis. He created a dynamic approach that is used to find the roots of the problems and to achieve change during hypnosis sessions.
“I’m often asked why the process of Transforming Therapy is so effective and so rapid.
The secret is the use of the emotions to open the subconscious mind. The problem with the traditional forms of psychotherapy is that there’s too much focus on rationality.
First I interview the client to collect information and during the interview I am highly interactive with the client, making observations and asking questions. I watch and listen to identify a prevailing or underlying emotion that appears to be central to their emotional life. Then, I immediately hypnotise them and intensify the prevailing emotion and use it as a pathway into the subconscious mind.”

Thus, we use this powerful tool to access the wonderful resources of our subconscious.
How does a hypnosis session take place?
At the moment I offer hypnosis sessions via Skype.
The first, introductory consultation is free.
Here we discuss the main problems of the client and the purposes he or she would like to achieve. I usually give a short introduction to what hypnosis is, and how it works.
When we both gathered enough information, the client can decide if he or she wants to begin the work.
In certain cases, I might refuse to do the sessions. In all cases it is for the benefit of the client.
How to get in contact?
You can write me at info<at>free-new-you<dot>com or fill out the contact form you find on this site.
Please bear in mind that I have only limited time and I would like to use this time most effectively to help people. If you are not 100% sure that you want to start the sessions, please, give yourself some time. Think it over and make your decision, when you are ready. Someone else might badly need that session, which you cancel.
How long is a hypnosis session?
It depends on the client and on the problem, but it is maximum 2 hours. Of course, I do not break the trance state, when we are still working on an important issue and the two hours expire, because it is most important that we treat the problem of the client most effectively.
A hypnosis session costs 70$ per hour, but maximum 120$ per session, even if it extends beyond the two hours.
How many hypnosis sessions are necessary?
Again, it depends on the client and his or her particular problem. There may be cases, where 4-6 or more sessions will be required and there may be cases where only 2.
However, I need to emphasize that hypnosis is known to be one of the fastest method today, to bring about positive changes in our consciousness.
Most of such problems last for years. The negative energy linked to that particular situation gets stuck and ‘crystallized’ in our personality. What we do during the hypnosis session is to release this ‘trapped’ energy. If the client is committed, a profound change of his or her life can practically be achieved. The time invested in the hypnosis sessions is minimal in comparison.
The sessions are only the first steps on the road to change. But at the end, it is the client, who needs to go along this road. The subconscious provides all the necessary help he or she needs.
However, to facilitate and accelerate this process, I will give some homework. What it is going to be, depends on the individual case.
This task should be taken very seriously, because it will prove immensely useful.
My goal is to help those people, who have taken the time and courage to step on the path of change, as efficiently as possible. For that reason I lay great importance on teaching them the skills to understand the ‘language’ of their subconscious. I encourage them to start to communicate with it on their own as soon as possible and to ‘become friends’ with their Inner Higher Self.
